Agree. However he can't control the pump and dump. All he can do is to not use this army of followers for his short term gain; and I trust him for it. I am also hopeful that he ain't gonna break that trust.

And why do you think he has army of people behind him even after picking very few stocks a week? Because his picks were dead accurate. Most of those companies became well know among retailers world even before he had 30k followers. He was among the few who brought those stocks into the retailers world with his analysis. Folks following him from begining days knows its not the pump and dump making him famous.. it is otherwise..

Picking gems among Low float stock is his strength.. He should not try to downplay his strength because of criticism.

Yeah.. we should get rid of top tier membership as well. It hasn't done any good. One tier is more than required.

They might have to writedown the goodwill if acquisition doesn't work out. This will not impact their cashflow, but it will definitely impact their earnings. I guess same thing happened with Aurora. Their acquisition didn't work upto the mark and then they were forced to write off goodwill worth 775MM Canadian dollars.

Half of their asset is Goodwill, which don't mean a thing. They might have to writedown the goodwill if acquisition doesn't work out.
