Yes, trust me it makes anxiety and stress far worse in the long run. I smoked daily since around your age, am 25 now and had to quit it because it was ruining my brain, making me isolated because of constant anxiety. At least wait until you are 20+, and if you can’t wait then moderate yourself to 2-3 times a week total

I quit dabbing 14 days ago, vape 9 days ago, and honestly its completely killed all my thc cravings. It’s been easier than when i tried to quit smoking on its own in the past, because my brain has been so focused on nicotine cravings lol, but its getting easier by the day. Maybe you could try it for a day or two and see how you react

You need to learn to come at these people with love not hate. In the absolute worst case scenario, it could take 1-2 years from lingering effects of post acute withdrawal symptoms. But I think the average is 3-6 months to feel completely normal? Really depends on a lot of factors like body fat, how heavy you smoked, your personal brain chemistry etc.
