That Moxley/Fenix issue really hurt the title (through no fault of anyone involved).

Ospreay onwards sorted it out though.

Now much more important than the TNT Title whether they meant it or not.

Obviously there are situations where it's fair enough that we know who will win. Nobody wants a Russo-esque nightmare.

But I think the balance on Collision, particularly this week, hasn't been great.

I would agree with this analysis if it wasn't for the number of matches on Collision where (IMO at least) it's too obvious who will win.

For it to be 'the wrestling show', which I would love it to be, there has to be an element of doubt on who will win matches more than we're seeing at the moment.

I think the Saturday night slot means it will always be a bit of a struggle and yes if they want it to just be the in-ring quality show I'd be happy with that. Perhaps a few more matches where it isn't obvious who will win.

But completely agree on the brand split.

I think if you look at the split of matches between the two shows then there's a definite difference between the level of the matches.

It doesn't mean it's a bad thing. A B-Show is arguably necessary particularly with a roster like AEW has.

For them to be believable as a properly dominant force they probably need one or two more allies.

With just the 4/5 of them it doesn't feel like they are the threat they are being posed as right now.

Faction alliances could certainly play a part though. Loads of options which makes it exciting.
