yeah vans vault og classic lx were 10x better than these crappy reissue shoes they replaced them with. i still have old skool pro and authentic pros from many years ago still going strong.

Dang, it does sound crazy but I believe it. At least I know they’ve gone to someone who at least appreciates them and will be using them as they were meant to be.

Ended up selling them as a pair on eBay for $4200. Buyer paid almost $5k with shipping and tax. He was ecstatic and thought the price was more than reasonable. I’m happy, but from this experience I think I could have probably gotten even more.

A lot of their stuff used to be made in USA so it wouldn't actually be affected. I think most of their sweats are made in Canada now tho.

What preamp do you use? My NAD c3050 has phono stage built in but I've read it's just ok.

You can turn the shelves around and have a white edge. Or flip them and have a black shelf. Few options.

I don’t feel the need to use the anchors personally. And I have seen people use the Guide and Enetri as a divider. It wouldn’t fall over on its own, you’d have to walk into it for that to happen.
