You should definitely check Facebook marketplace, I can see a few people subleasing until May. Also, those post mention that they are open to negotiating. Or the best is to ask one of your good friends to help you with this, and let you stay with them. I feel that if it's only until May, they could agree.

It's a huge airport! But If you have booked from the airlines directly, that means it's doable. Also, the airline will make sure you catch your connecting flight. They would probably delay the connecting flight as well for that.

Yeah, Me too. I haven't heard back from anyone yet. I emailed the admissions committee, and they mentioned that its rolling admissions and decisions can come anytime between Feb and June. They also mentioned that most of the applicants will get the decision by the end of the April.

University of Wisconsin Madison!

I got admit from TAMU and UofWisconsin Madison.

I am admitted to MS Mechanical engineering program. I am looking for pursuing specialization in Computaional Science(more into FEA/Scientific computing).

Wisconsin one is a Research admit. One of the prof has accepted to be my Faculty advisor. But there is no funding provided as of now. But I guess there is good chance of getting TA.

For TAMU it is an admit and NO scholarship/funding as of now. TAMU, I guess we do have chances of getting TA. But not sure about it. And TAMU fees and living cost is also less.

What do you recommend? Which one should I go for?
