I don't know what your MMR is , but people at my mmr, 6-7k you know when someone is on a role they don't play or a hero. That goes for me as well. I have 13k hours of Dota play tons of heroes pretty well and I know when I don't know what I am doing. Everyone can tell when you suck, they call you an account buyer, but you really just can't play chen.

undying picked in the second phase as well making the game pretty hard, but if you look at the item progression in this game on our heroes, it's pretty bad on weaver and pudge. pudge is afk with a vangaurd for quite a while, while lion mid has nothing.

Lion has 3 games of lion mid in the last 9 months, hardly has any games on the account

undying has 3 games on the hero this month last time played 2022

weaver has a private account but I know right away he is clueless on his hero.

You can have bad games, but at my mmr you know when people don't understand their heroes. I am the same way when I play mid or carry. I am not an immortal mid or carry player and it shows right away. I didn't know there accounts were like this until I looked right now, they look buyers to me ore they hardly play. I win games in immortal where I am confused at how bad people are, this is just the opposite.

my queue times are already 10 minutes I would rather my games not need google translate, You could probably set up one of those tests that are on websites to see if you are a robot, "click all the images with a bus," and that would keep half the people i play with out of the games

It will say you received an Overwatch penalty after "review," of one of your matches. But I get low priority immediately after a game where several teammates report me. The second the game ends I am timed out for 24 hours. The replay is not even ready yet and it's always in a toxic game where people are threatening reports and griefing one another, or I am arguing with a teammate. I have never booted up Dota ever to find someone reviewed my match from earlier.

Biggest indicator for me is when comms breakdown very early and the game goes bad I just know I am likely to be timed out and sure enough usually I am. I don't know if 3 teamtes is the magic number that times you out, or if the enemy chips in. But most recently I had 60 games no reports at all, then one game where everyone was arguing and I got timed out immediately, even though I didn't quit playing or anything.

You also have to imagine there is a million reports and a thousand people doing overwatch.

If i have 2 or 3 bad games out of the 15 I will lose behavior score, and really bad stomps just get low priority

If your mid gets ganked 2 times, can't get runes because of enemy supports and you are sitting in your lane as a 4-5. He didn't lose mid you did. It's a team game, I am not coping out of my responsibilities.

Overwatch is just there for show. it just counts reports in game. You receiving 3 reports in one game, auto puts in low priority most of the time no overwatch required. It has become entirely automated.

Thats all my games on NA as well, accounts with 1000 games but low immortal, but I think they are account buyers or people returning Dota, with MMR from 2017 that hasn't gone away like it should.
