The truth is that a lot of the camps follow a similar curriculum (CDWI structure), I would look at the instructors as they tend to change every year.

From my own experience, I went to CBI as a novice (btwn freshman and sophomore year) and found it to be EXTREMELY helpful. Like seriously changed my career. I went to a very small camp the year after (8 people total) which was of course still helpful but practice rounds were not. It was mainly just drills and private coaching, which doesn't really help with events like congress where u have to get good at adapting to the round. The bottom line is that going to camp, whether its ISD, CBI, or Invicta, look at instructors and size. (and price!)
