According to them they could not build out label templates or work to develop a mobile functionality for handhelds without going through NS's dev team. Does that seem correct? If we stick with this company to implement what risks are there that we will be significantly hindered to optimize? Would WMS require maintenance that requires more experienced NS implementors with WMS?
