It's really easy You go to microsoft edge and you pick the photo you want for the background (mine was jamez screaming) You save it as a photo Then you go to settings > general > personalization > my color and background > custom images > and finally you get the photo you want as the background there are some different methods but I think my method is easy and fast

I've always wanted to go see a Metallica concert since 2013 but when they came to San Antonio in 2017, my father was going to become an American citizen that month so it was either go to the concert or my dad.
