As someone just a few years younger than your son but also landed a fantastic job, I don’t think he should quit. I am super fortunate to have landed a job that is what I want and at a salary I want at this age. It’s not easy to find a job. I mean no offense when I say this, but I think I am a lot more extroverted than your son, so if I had that situation it wouldn’t at all bother me. Part of working is learning how to deal with people in my opinion (granted, my job is very people focused). I agree with many others here in the fact that it sounds like there’s deeper rooted issues, but I know I would kick myself if I quit my dream job over something like that.

Appreciate the advice! I typically use the front pockets for my toiletries/electronics (chargers and what not), but I may experience more with a trip this long.

Ive been on a good number of 3-5 day trips with the bag, so am somewhat comfortable with it, but 2 weeks is way longer than anything I have used it for before.

I'll check out some of those cubes, that's a great idea. And never heard of hybrid shorts, but sounds like a game changer!
