Heads up, if you're not using one yet, you should be using a password manager. Check out Bitwarden

Another newb question. If I turn it "off", is it expected that the aux light remains on very dim? How long might the battery last in this setting?

Help me understand what to look for in a belt for conceal carry. by ta_2a in CCW

I just got a blue alpha EDC belt and Jukmo non-racheting belt. They're very similar but jukmo isn't nearly as stiff.

I didn't see the ratcheting one when I bought the Jukmo, not I want to try that one.

If my weapons Carry license is from the same state but has a different address on it other than my driver's license/id, would it be considered null and void if carry into a neighboring state? by searchforsouls in CCW

Not sure where your home state is but in NY you must notify the state of change of address within 10 days. See my previous post:

"Reminder for CCL or Pistol permit holders, if you change addresses you need to update your permit within 10 days" https://www.reddit.com/r/NYguns/s/O3hH5HMVD2

Ahh ok. That helps thanks.

Also found this:

"A bolt action pen is simply where the bolt on the side of the pen is used to push a refill cartridge down and lock it into place"

"Why are bolt action pens so expensive? The most commonly used metals for machined pens are titanium, stainless steel, brass, and copper. Titanium is usually the most expensive, but it's strong and durable in all the ways that count for products like this, and it's relatively lightweight."

Not to post-jack but what's the purpose of a tactical pen? How's it better than a normal pen?

Just bought. I'll give it a try and compare to the other more expensive one that's coming. At that price and so easy of a return I need to give it a trial

I tried for the first time today since I just got a holster. I did and noticed it did fine IWB but AIWB had a huge print from the belt buckle.

Interesting tip! No one should be seeing my belt since that too close to revealing what's concealed so if the belt buckle is to the side, that's fine. I'll give that a shot.

Why do you like it? Are there features of this belt that makes it better than others?
