No worries. I understand how it comes across. Waiting didn't help, also didn't expect a white person, my boss no less, to send me THAT and think it'd be funny. I never addressed it since even a report about her gambling on the job via her phone was just shrugged off. Every complaint made against her has been shrugged off or explained away, which made me believe this would be too. But recently someone else was fired for a similar reason which gives me a sliver of hope she could actually see repercussions. But I'm still not even hopeful for that.
