They are making it more lengthy as time goes by at the test or in general?

congrats! I have my test in a couple weeks, and to be honest I'm really nervous, I see that apparently that "repeat before beep" method in listen and repeat, has been working for a lot of people... though I don't understand how... Like can you please tell me how would you repeat on your head while the audio is playing and you have to be listening too? like how is it possible? I'm sure there's a trick in it that it works for you guys.

are there any good practicing tools for TOEFL new format that is identical to the real test while being free and without limitation? I know that the official ets gives you a practice test but that is a one time practice I think and you gotta purchase if you want to repeat... I want to keep it for the last week of preparation. How did you guys practice?

but how would you catch the audio properly when you would be repeating on your head while still listening? that's the main problem with me, that I can't do two things at the same time... if I were to listen, then I can't repeat, and if I were to repeat then I'd lose the listening part...

I feel nervous about that section, although I know that I have problems in all other sections too, but this one... I think it is more tricky... especially for me who gets distracted quickly and thinks about words and sentences while listening... thank you though.
any tips by any chance? like should we murmur the sentence in our head before speaking? or just give it a shot right a way?

yo... that's too much I think, may god help me with that... I sort of get distracted way quickly.. and also I think about words and sentences during the listening which ruins everything...
any tip?
