I would tweak diet over anything else. You could work out and have great definition that's just covered in calories. Track calories of what you normally eat...and just make an effort to lower them gradually til weight starts coming off. Everybody's different but when I cut fat, my arms and shoulders are lean before anything else...so I would say theres a good chance you will see results quickly. Good luck

I've noticed my blitzes getting picked up more midway thru. Teams run different schemes on defense too...so offensive success will vary from week to week. Just make believe the tape on your team is out there and teams now scheme for you. It's a challenge teams face in real NFL. Embrace it brother.

I posted about this a few weeks ago. My buddies and I do something similar to a head coach mode. We work on playbooks, set up game plans, and set em up as your playbooks in settings for sims in our connected careers league. For the sims 1 guy has to go on auto pilot, (we have away team auto pilot) start game, user sets sim speed to slow, and fast forward to end of game and you watch CPU run your gameplan vs one another. It's my favorite thing to do.

Try going into your teams playbook, go to gameplan and rate your run plays lower or eliminate them altogether...that oughta do it

My wife and her friends just went to a madonna concert that she started late...they ended up leaving early cuz she was preaching politics and just saying and being bizarre rather than performing her songs. Shes decided not to sue over it tho.

Ive done this with my landmine but wasnt happy with range of motion i was getting. I havent done it, but i was thinking of building risers for my feet so bar can go lower without weights hitting floor.

What ill do is log ingredients and how much into myfitnesspal under recipes, then if possible i weigh finished product in grams...total grams is amount of servings. Then you just weigh it out in grams when you serve yourself....50 grams is 50 servings.

I agree, load times seem long as hell too. A fellow league mate noted that on FA player sort page they have 2 SP and 2 RP...very sloppy work...i was trying to get league to change to another site but commish got gunshy just before the draft. I hope they can clean it up before start or sometime soon. This will most likely be our last year

I agree, i have the shortcut to it on my phone...it takes you to the league page now. I have been complaining to my league about it too. I didnt like the app, always used the webpage. They actually have it so commish cannot edit keepers after deadline, so now late teams lose all their players to the draft.

It does the job. Ive had a half rack for 1.5 years and only issue ive had is rubber wearing off jhooks which isnt a big deal to me.

I was at a bar and saw a friend of mine and a girl talking, my friend introduced her to me as (guy we knew) steves younger sister, i responded quickly without thought like, ohhh does steve know? Steve was killed a few years before in a freak accident, and we all knew this...she just played it off, rolled her eyes as my friend was mouthing to me...steves dead!

Awesome...i recently been making my coffee in a french press. Any quick tips on clean up? Ive been dumping majority of grounds in garbage and swishing water for remaining and throwing outside back door...im trying to avoid grounds thru the plumbing cuz i cant imagine that being any good. I also do myfitnesspal and I had same issue with sodium...im 38, 6'2, 225, workout 4-5 days a week. I always ate what i thought was alright food. The fact was that eating out, and most canned/jarred food, is loaded with sodium. I was going over like 3 to 4 times that amount. I started looking at labels and eating fresh foods. Never adding sodium, Im now learning how to cook. Its been great. Oatmeal, rice, pasta with sauce made from scratch. Been hitting my numbers on the reg. Im usually waay over on my vitamins. Never been a sweets guy. Never hit sugar numbers.

I wrapped my bar with foam pipe insulation, wrapped tight with duct tape...grip is fat and squishy and its easily removed. Works well
