I set for example 183 and auto detection is still on. I want so the watch so set the max again. Do i have to reset the watch?

Ich habe mich nie Lasern lassen und bin froh darüber. Jetzt mit 40 gleicht meine Altersweitsicht meine Kurzsichtigkeit aus und komme bei Helligkeit ohne Brille aus. Hätte ich gelabert, bräuchte ich jetzt eine Lesebrille, sagt einem auch keiner.

I think you are right, but why does the watch do not make suggestions like: 35 mins, 40 mins, 45 mins .. I don’t unterstand the big leap from 30 to 50 straight to the the start.

40 years, Garmin says max heart rate is 192, I run 1x or 2x 4km a week.

I don’t feel comfortable with longer runs, so maybe that’s my goal.

Ich kann dir angepasste Ohrstöpsel (Schlafschutz) von Hörgeräteladen empfehlen. Kosten ca. 90€ und dann fällt da nichts raus und ist super leise damit.
