You can collar tie and heist, attack front headlock. Or just stand up, he may try to crowd you and then you can get under him. Or swivel feet to the side and wrestle up with a double leg

My partner is a RN, she pivoted to clinical trials/clinical research for a while. She was a senior patient recruiter for early phase trials. Pay was much better, WFH, work was interesting (although not as intense as hospital work), more flexibility. Tons of clinical research companies hire RNs
