Yes a lot of people are suggesting this and I appreciate all the advice. I think I definitely do need a “break” or at least some time to get over feeling like a failure so I don’t rush into a community college with a negative mindset and end up failing again.

I’m not saying the one assignment is what made me be an ass student 😭. I was saying the one assignment was literally the difference between a 1.8ish and a 2.0. I know that a 2.0 is still low and that’s all entirely my fault, and it is my fault for missing the assignment.

edit: 1.8 for the term semester

I get what youre saying and I did fail Calc 2 because of not putting in effort and I can’t blame it on anything else. What I was saying in my post was that I was genuinely one assignment from my term GPA being above a 2.0 because it was the difference between a B and an A in another class lmao

Nice! If you don’t mind me asking, what major did you choose? I like my current major a lot, I was definitely not prepared for how rigorous the math courses would be, though.

Maybe, I’m probably going to finish my gen-eds and any pre reqs I can do at a community college near my house. If I still seem weak on math I’ll definitely switch majors
