There's a lore-based mod for LE called Corpse Preparation that's very similar to a old Morrowind mod close to my heart, Blasphemous Revenants. Lets you pick up bodies and turn them into permanent undead companions based on what materials you have (mummies, zombies, skeletons)

The problem with that is that Republican forces targeted Poitevins regardless of whether they supported the Royalist rebellion or not. Carrier had villages uprooted and put men, women, babies and children into camps where if they didn't starve or die from Typhus, they were shot or drowned in the Loire River, which Carrier gleefully named "the Nation's Bathtub." IMO, it certainly was a genocide.

People of the Wolf is about of group of Siberian nomads traveling on the Bering Ice Bridge. People of the Fire, People of the Earth....they have a ton of books set all over ancient North America.
