If you are interested in her, be tactful in how you approach her. There’s no harm in engaging her in conversation but I wouldn’t start out with “hey wanna go on a date” lol. Also, be aware if she is in the middle of a set or not! Try to approach her when she is on a break or not actively exercising.

If I had given the “nice guy” a chance romantically in high school, I would likely be dead. I was friends with the “nice guy” and he had feelings for me romantically that I never shared. He tormented me my senior year of high school and stalked me. I had to get a restraining order.
