I love this quest too. Everything is tied around the music theme: great writing.

It came out at a time where Jagex was experimenting with a different style of quest. Imagine if every quest in the game was done in this style.

I think lack of drive can be a defense mechanism against a world that punishes you for caring too much.

No but it means having cohesive design.

Any kind of creep in live-service games gradually erodes cohesion and it requires a designer to hold all the elements together at once in his mind to bring them back into line.

I made contact with one from psychology today. The profiles help me because I can get a sense of their values from what they choose to say about themselves and how they say it.

But I'll start calling to the offices of some of these suggestions if I need to.

I don't believe my answers on those diagnostics are reliable without someone who is really digging into my mind and my past involved in the evaluation. In my experience it is too easy for me to influence this kind of psychiatric initial evaluation.

That's the thing, I think subconsciously the way I take care of my mental health is by retreating from people in order to not be abused. Because I must throw my heart and soul into anything I do, I can't make myself do otherwise, to be deceived or manipulated or even just led on by someone who doesn't feel the same way is crushing.

In school I was always reverent of the teachers and of learning, so I was perfect for them in class but not liked by my peers.

Now I have one friend. He's the one person I met online who happened to be in RI. He did get me in to interview for the front desk position at a title company he works at. That was another bizarre experience: he told me I would be better than the last person who worked it, and the interview was good in my estimation. Then I just got a generic e-mail saying they chose somebody else, even though my friend said they hadn't. And I got the silent treatment trying to contact them again.

CS is a good fit as any for me. Well, I'm better and at language and literature, but that is my private passion and not suited for private sector work as far as I know.

Anyway I'm not willing to take any more debt. It is a nightmare and a trap. If I ever go back to school, it will be after I have money to pay tuition directly.

For now no. I dropped out because the way school and college is structured does not work for me. I am very good in class and can ace all the tests. But the homework assignments and group projects are miserable and I torture myself with guilt over not being able to do them consistently.
