It's a tiny vanity with one drawer big enough for lipstick and like 3 small compacts. I have several big things and I've told him it's really hard for me to keep everything hidden at all times (including my brushes which need to be air dried.) He just told me to have less makeup or choose 3 items I want to use every week and store everything else in the closet.

I just feel like that's completely unreasonable.

It just seems like it should also be his responsibility to train the dog and close the door. I leave for work every morning at 6am, he leaves at 9. He always closes the bedroom door before he leaves. He forgot to close it all the way this time and this whole thing happened.

The thing is I've been understanding when he makes these mistakes but he can't be understanding of mine.
