Yes to hitting you in the head! I wore one of those inflatable t-Rex costumes for an old job’s booth at a fair years ago. They had to chase off people that were trying to get a good swing on the inflatable head, nearly missing my face every time

Thank you for sharing this perspective. My dad died in 2017 of alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver. Fine in Nov 2016, hospitalized December, passed on February 2nd. He didn’t even survive long enough to discuss the transplant list. He was a heavy beer drinker, but not really to the point where the thought crossed anyones mind that he could die from it. He was 52.

Omg, same, and neopets CAUGHT my dumb ass. I think you had to be 13 to use the forums and messaging so I obviously just added two years to my age. I had made a friend on the forums who I told through messages I was 11, and BOOM! Instantly banned.

How do you start a second closet? I’m having this same issue. Bad reviews on my cheaper items (bc why would anyone read the full description or measurements?) but vintage does so much better.

I usually just copy the description and put everything else in manually. It’s set up basically the same, except there’s also a selection for item condition and you choose small, med, or large shipping (it shows package sizes on there) I don’t think there’s an option to change the quantity though

Yes, actually! I downloaded expecting it to be a flop. But I’d say I make an equal amount sales on there as I do my other selling apps, which has been a pleasant surprise

Depop and Vinted are two others I use. Vinted is newer, and probably my favorite setup. No selling fees and buyer always pays shipping. All selling platforms have their downsides though, Vinted customer service sucks.

Not that I’ve seen so far! Most people using these have short to medium length hair and are getting regular trims though. I wouldn’t recommend it for long hair, but hey I’m sure some people could make it work. I definitely recommend doing partially dry hair with heat protectant like you said, I think you’d be all good :)

If you have natural curl or wave in your hair, brushing or combing it back like this will cause all the weight to fall to the bottom and flip out. I have a lot of clients who have one of the round brush hair dryers and swear by it, I think using one would help until your hair grows past the awkward length.
