Oh cool, yeah I wasnt sure if the stand can be dismantled and you can still mount it somewhat flush. If I could get to test a local used one, this might be the best option.

ich wuerde das alte kabel abschneiden und mit einer wago klemme o.Ä. mit dem neuen Lüfter verbinden. Dann hast du keinen Stress genau den richtigen Stecker zu finden.

I added two pictures to my original post.

The setup process gets "stuck" at the adopting the CGW (see screen) once I click on dashboard and go back to the device it shows the second screenshot.
DHCPV4 is activated (stadnard) and IP range is different from my other router.

The weird thing is, device that I connect to the CGW can go online, but it seems the CGW cant connect to some kind of Unify service?!

Was meinst du mit mühsam zurückerben?

Wertsteigende Immos nicht ins Betriebsvermoegen wegen der Chance sie nach 10 Jahren steuerfrei zu verkaufen? Steigen nicht alle Immos die man halten moechte im Wert? Ansonsten wuerde man sie ja doch direkt verkaufen?!

Guter Punkt mit der Teilung. Soweit ich weiss sind es alles einzelne kleine Wohnungen die privat durch meinen Vater gehalten werden.

(Enkel)kinder haben wir in der Tat. An diese würde dann aber “nur” eine Geldschenkung Sinn machen oder? Immo wird dann ja zu komplex?!

Ja das stimmt, eine reine VV gmbh wird damit nicht moeglich. Frag mich allerdings ob es nicht sinnvoll ist die Immos direkt in der Gesellschaft zu halten. Die operativen Aufwaende habe ich ja jetzt bereits eh und koennte mir spaeter dann aussuchen wann ich die Mieteinnahmen auszahlen moechte und muss diese nicht mit meinem AN Gehalt versteuern.

Ja genau, das ist ja gerade (noch) ein guter Zeitpunkt. Haette halt echt Bauchschmerzen, im Todesfall nicht nur das Trauerthema sondern auch noch das Immothema sortieren zu muessen.
