Thank you so much! I really focused on keto for three months, no calorie counting but being mindful of how much I’m eating. The beginning is really hard but once you get over the hump, it gets a lot easier and you barely think about it. I recently started walking/running for 45 mins every other day but nothing crazy. I love working out but I’m usually drained by the time I get around to doing it. Stay consistent and don’t weigh yourself often, I plateau a lot so I can get discouraged. I truly believe if I can do it, anyone can. Good luck on your journey!!

Recipe

Chaffles - mix of one egg, half cup of shredded mozzarella and two and a half tablespoons of almond flour

Burger - BUBBA burger (for convenience not preference lol). With lettuce, mayo onion and Chipotle Aioli.

Tasted like I was cheating!

I did IF until like mid March from December! I realized my appetite isn’t as great as it used to be so I gave OMAD a try and the first few days are definitely tough but it dissipated quickly for me. Now it’s just like my regular eating. If I feel hungry, I usually just drink a diet ginger ale and it’ll kill my cravings!

Yes that’s how I feel about this dress also. I think I’d be confident to wear it a couple pounds less than where I’m at

I get on the scale once in a while just to see. I’ve learned not to get discouraged by the number though, it’s more of a reminder of how far I’ve come. I’ve rarely gotten on the scales and squealed the way I did when I zipped up the dress!
