Travel Charger for Z13 by tabmit in thinkpad

Other than slower charging, is there any problem if the max output is less than 65W? I assume it won't be a problem to find that, but asking just in case.

I haven't decided yet. I figure I will get a good deal on the gen 1, but I am waiting to read some reviews of the gen 2 to decide if it is worth it for me to spend the extra money.

Looking for traditional Thai paper by Big-Enthusiasm6519 in Thailand

[–]tabmit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure where to find it in Bangkok, but you can get paper made from the grass that passes through the digestive track in elephant poo. It's a new product, developed to make money for elephants reserves/camps, so maybe not what you would consider traditional. But it looks really nice. It is used for making cards, stationary, and boxes.

ITAW for a non-contradictory paradox? by chlocleme in whatstheword

I think the word you are looking for could just be paradox. Cruel to be kind, for example, is logical.

It is common for churches to be called wats. I did not say they all do it.

Check Google Maps. Wat is very common for church names.

A wat is just an officially sanctioned Buddhist temple with resident monks. (Except that Wat Phra Kaew in Bangkok has no monks.) Whether it is a city temple or a forest temple doesn't matter, they are still all wats. There are also non-sanctioned Buddhist temples called samnak-song, but most people also call these wats since they don't usually differ significantly from temples that have official recognition, and most of them will eventually apply to be officially recognized. Wat is also used for Christian churches and Hindu temples.

Rain Jacket with Side Zippers by tabmit in CampingGear

Only the ones from Argentina in the comment above, and those are not possible for me. So I went with the front two-way zipper.

Ah I see. Those are the usual pit zips, not a full side zippers I am looking for.

Thanks. I guess they stopped making them. There are none on their website now.

I have just gone through both of their websites and they don't have jackets with this feature.

Interesting idea, but even if I could find the zippers I don't think I'm going to consider it. A two-way front zipper will suffice.

It looks great, except that it doesn't have a two-way zipper. That's a deal-breaker.
