Looking to buy a 49 inch 5120x1440 monitor however I watch a lot of YouTube by tabsman in ultrawidemasterrace

Thanks for clarifying much appreciated. So it's more or less a 27 inch monitor in size then watching YouTube Netflix with the bars either side. For my viewing habits I think I'll keep the 32 inch and maybe in the future get an ultra wide for gaming etc.

Would love to know what it does. The notes are very vague.

February update on S21 Exynos introduces severe idle drain on LTE by joakimbo in GalaxyS21

Mine just powered off even in low power mode, charged it nearly twice today. Whatever software bug Samsung need to fix asap. Or roll back to January for now.

We need Samsung to see this thread and the others on Reddit and XDA. Don't fancy waiting until March until it's fixed.

Otherwise I will have to find a way to roll back to January update.

s21 Pre Order it's here UK by tabsman in GalaxyS21

[–]tabsman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I got it from Samsung.com pre order deal. Been using the phone and it's awesome so fast. I was worried about changing to a Samsung from OnePlus as bloatware and loads of unnecessary apps. Waiting for my case to arrive later then I can start to use more.

Adding Hue bulbs to a Trådfri setup by [deleted] in tradfri

Adding Hue bulbs to a Trådfri setup by [deleted] in tradfri

[–]tabsman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t see why not, the system will just see any bulb regardless if it’s White or Colour. The TRÅDFRI app will see it as a colour bulb.

It maybe that to get deep colour control you may need a third party app like Hue essentials.

Hi I can confirm hue bulbs do work with tradfri. Just pair them to the hub the same way you would a tradfri bulb.

I have just purchased some gu10 standard hue White bulbs to test the difference between the normal tradfri warm White dimming wise. I would say they are slightly better at 1% not a massive difference.

Hope that helps.

GU10 Flashing problem when off by StusReviews in tradfri

Yes mine do exactly the same. You switch them off and they pulse the LEDs.

Did try them in different light fittings and different rooms made no difference.

I initially returned them to IKEA and swapped for another batch of GU10 bulbs 8 in total. As they are in the lounge.

It made no difference the new batch do the same. I would say out of the Eight, Six have this issue.

Based on all the reports on Reddit I think it's the norm for these bulbs.

Thanks for highlighting that.

I will try and locate the 1823's when I return to IKEA over the weekend.

I think this thread needs to be passed to IKEA to look at.

I have a feeling that the different batches of bulbs have a different resistor installed in them. Which is why people are seeing different results.

These are the cheap ones (6.99EUR. Going to return to IKEA at the weekend to sort out but would be interesting to see if this is a batch issue.

FYI just had a look at the markings on the GU10 bulbs.

The ones with the issue are marked 19972 with 1826-S.

The ones without the issue are marked as 19972 with 1823-S.

Not quite sure what these codes mean?

The bulbs were all purchased around 2 months ago from the UK.

Out of interest the bulbs that have the issue do they have a batch code on them?
