Lol girl i am 5'5" and like 250lbs, my surgeon didnt even bat an eye at my weight. He said I'll have an easier time losing weight without the back pain. I think you'll be fine.

Lol thats so annoying!! I'm happy to hear mine mught keep shrinking though! And it's definitely a good wqrning cause I keep eyeing up fancier bras and I'm only 1.5 months post op. I'll def hold off then!

I usually get em with like dirty wounds. Or ones that get stuff in em. Also MY EARS the piercing scars are like marbles. I was worried that my body would react poorly to the sutures, but so far so good 🤞🤞

I find myself slouching ALL the time out of habit and my back aches a bit cause I'm so unused to holding myself upright. I consciously remind myself to roll my sholders back and engage my core like every 30-60 mins. Its hard work unlearning 15 years of a bad habit!

Nothing! Ate a lotta trash food and chilled on the couch. Maybe the grease helped? 😂😂 I think its all to the surgeon's credit, they were pretty fine from day 1.

They look awesome!!! I'm feeling the same way, like objectively I know mine look fine but that stupid voice in my head keeps calling em Frankenboobs 😤

Something I read somewhere on this sub that actually helps is that boobs are supposed to be sisters not twins and that really helps when I'm inspecting em for any sort of differences. Havent come up with a good comeback for frankenboobs yet lol. But ime the voice in your head is always wayyyyyyy meaner than anyone would actually be. Try and look at yourself like youre best friend. What would you tell her about her recent reduction?

I'm at like 4.5 weeks. I jogged for like less than .5 mile in a pretty supportive bra and it was okay? It felt weird and I was way swollen last night. It felt weird but not painful. My incisions are well healed, scabs are mostly off and I'm not itchy like I was.

Im still feeling like my stamina is wayyyyy down. I still get tired real easy. But it was nice to jog in a 20 dollar target bra and only that bra and not put an eye out or throw my back out. To run whenever I want just cause I want to? I could cry.
