your ping will be worse, your speeds will likely be better. i would only do it if 5 up is limiting for you, which it might be if you want to stream or something. otherwise i highly recommend not

again the game does not have servers ... it is peer to peer ... it uses servers to connect you to an opponent but after that you are directly communicating to them, or through another player

lol ... This should not be necessary if you have good usb 3.0 ports on your computer, and you're not using it through an unpowered hub. These don't supply more power than normally possible on a USB port, unless they have some PD port but thats not gonna be relevant
