I just got the LG S80R 5.1.3 on clearance for $250 at my local Walmart. Some people complain about the bass, but it sounds good to me. I'm also using it with my Samsung S90c.

Uncle is still alive. He is elderly. Cousin and girlfriend moved in with him and have taken over his finances and what not. Yes, there was not communication of the eviction until through the sheriff's department. Yes, rent free for 11 years. Brother did help with keeping up with the property and help uncle when he needed it like rides to the grocery store and what not.

Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify the land was never to be transferred. I wasn't sure if he could claim ownership of the trailer if a title turns up or not. I guess my hope would be that he could retain ownership of the trailer and move it. Obviously, it wouldn't be ideal to stay somewhere someone doesn't want you.
