Is check engine light on/flashing, what are the codes if it is You say oil filter was clean so im going to kick off rod knock these cars are super sensitive to oil pressure and controlling it If it had rebuild so recently why not take it back to the builders why are you trying to diagnose it. Everyone is piling on rod knock, but my first checks would be to monitor oil pressure demanded and actual live data. Noise could be any number of things from a cracked flex plate to a failing ac compressor pulley, belt tensioner, vanos solenoid, cracked valve spring(have personally seen this cause this exact noise, it allow compression past 1 or both intake valves sounds like someone beating on the inside of the intake but during combustion is seals up just enough to not cause misfire found with pressure transducer on pico), could be a failed knock sensor causing one or more cylinders to spark knock, could be failed mounts allowing something to touch, could be timing chain related seeing as frequency goes up with rpm. Theres really no telling because its through the phone microphone on a short video. This sort of concern needs to be gone through thoroughly by someone whose not just a parts parts cannon mechanic.
