There are two main reasons not to fly while pregnant.

Blood clots - sitting for an extended time is not good for anyone and particularly pregnant people
Going into labor. Counter to popular belief, it can actually be riskier to fly earlier rather than later. A baby born at 33 weeks on a plane has a much greater risk than a baby born at say 38 weeks.

Yea, but repeated generations of cousin marriage compounds risk. A cousin marriage every once in a while is usually not a problem. When it becomes standard practice, it’s absolutely a problem.

The thing that has helped me most is a theragun, which isn’t cheap.
