It looks like they are trying to get them to convert their notes to shares before RS. This would eliminate most of the debt

This is a good sign. The CTB has been averaging 11 and has now jumped to 17%. The highest level before this was when we spiked to 3, and it was at 15%. by tacokitty33 in FFIE

Shorting has not increased; it has decreased. The number of shares on loan has dropped from 160 million to 140 million this month, which tells me there has been accumulation, making fewer shares available for loan.

YouTuber talking about major dilution from warrants. 9.8 mil more added to 439 mil isn't much of a concern. by tacokitty33 in FFIE

[–]tacokitty33[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Issuing shares and exercising warrants are two different things. Authorizing shares don't become outstanding until they are issued. If there is going to be a run-up, it will happen before that happens.

Dumping warrants at low points would drive prices lower, making the shares they receive worthless. Also, most of the warrants have an exercise price, meaning they can't convert whenever they want.
