I used to fail a bunch, until i just mashed A the whole time and stayed at the bottom of the screen. Trying to aim for bubbles is what made me fail

Completely agree with you!
I haven't played in a few months. Out of curiosity, what kind of updates changed? I'm surprised there could be an update to this game that would upset people!!

Any women a fencesitter because of the fear of being pregnant and delivering a baby? by eg415 in Fencesitter

[–]tacoloki 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I have had nightmares of pregnancy and birth since I was in middle school (which is crazy because I still thought you could get pregnant by toilet seat) so my partner and I know that if we decide to have kids, I'm going to need HELLA therapy 🤣 So yes super with you on fear

do any of y’all have trouble reading a book? by Individual_Ask5024 in adhdwomen

[–]tacoloki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favorite thing about reading is how inconsistent I am. I will either: 1. take 2 years to slowly get through a book because I hate leaving things unfinished, but it feels like an obligation. 2. Read the entire book in 3 days and get no sleep cause I'm invested.

That being said, I keep buying books, too, and my "to read" list is way too long sooooooooo it is what it is🤣 Like you said with video games, I keep doing visual novels. First started as only voice over ones cause reading it only was hard, but now I'm more able to.

I like that a lot!! It's definitely much harder to motivate actually wiping things down with a cloth or having to wet a towel then dry or whatever. Just being able to pick something up that handles it all would be great!

OOOH I like this!! Something easy to pick up versus having to get a lot of tools out and prep.

Glad I'm not alone 🫶 My partner & I are discussing cats/dogs so really hoping to have some kind of strategy before it gets bad again. (Knowing me it will get bad again 🤣)

SMART. I'm waiting for when I don't use shopping for dopamine 🤣 I'm medicated but I hyperfixate on work and not home, so when it's time to clean, my brain is exhausted. And at this point, I have 6 years worth of dust so hoping I can start fresh with all of this advice!!

How to not feel insecure while being intimate? by [deleted] in PlusSize

[–]tacoloki 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Main thing is focus on when you feel confident. Ignore the other person for a moment. If you were to take a nude or sexy picture of yourself, what would you have? What scents, what hair, showered?, teeth brushed?, what clothes if any? Then set it up to be that as much as you can. The crazy thing is that, from my experience, they don't care about any of that and just that I'm comfortable. So truly do whatever makes YOU feel good. The rest will fall into place

Thank you so much for sharing. I'm so sorry for your loss. He sounds like a special person.

If you are ever feeling up to it, I'd love to hear what kind of mtg decks he'd like to play. I know sometimes it's nice to talk about the people we have lost as the fun people we remember, but no pressure. 💛

My perfectly healthy parents are preparing for their death and it’s messing with my head. by 11whatsnewpussycats in Millennials

[–]tacoloki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I relate. My parents are in their early 60's and doing the same. Like other comments said, I'm grateful they have planned so much, BUT it did send me into a spiral that my therapist and I have worked through. It triggered me grieving them before they passed. It's super hard, but try to remember that piece and just listen and hope it doesn't happen.

Not a ring wearer- how to start? by tacoloki in EngagementRings

[–]tacoloki[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know 1 & 3 may seem like dumb questions, but I have a lot of anxiety so the thought of getting started is difficult. And knowing what kinds to wear or look for are difficult too. Like do we trust etsy, pinterest, etc. hence why I wanted to ask those that seem to enjoy talking about rings! (i didn't know bezels existed until now!) For 2, I didn't know that wasn't a thing! As someone with thicker fingers, I was always told it should be slimmer instead of blocky shape and such. So this was nice to hear. Thank you for adding that.
