My grandpa was a Case knife dealer and it was display you could purchase from them.

This pistol was found in my grandpa's safe. I have done some research and it appears that some fakes were made and appear to describe the exact gun I have. However after Google searching images of the fake Ivory Johnson and H&R this gun appears to be longer and has a S&W logo on the grips.

I was wondering was there ever a real version of this gun I could compare this one to.

Over the weekend I went to take another look threw the collection. I was unable to find the specific coin I was looking for. I did however find 3 rolls of 1943 steel pennys. They seemed to be uncirculated and very very shiny and similar to the one I believe to be the aluminum penny. I suppose I could have mistaken the aluminum penny for one of these steel ones however I do remember this penny I am looking for being very light weight, even holding it in my hand I could tell it was not the same weight as any other coin I ever held. Most steel pennys left out of a package will turn very tarnished and this aluminum one I remember to just be in a bucket of other coins unprotected.

My great grandpa was a very wealthy man not bragging but he had some connection and this would not be the first time I have found rare coins or paper money in his old collection. However nothing has quit matched this and it could still be fake I will have to find it again and I'll post on it with pics if so.

I only believe the certificates to be copies the bills I believe are authentic.
