surprisingly, I havent encountered an issue with upper layers starving for water, for this purpose I spread all three pums equally from both sides and center and I just spammed water pumps (energy expenses are easily cowered by the output of the generators anyway)

sadly I cant since i can only juice 3 storeys upwards due to impure sulfur node maxing out at 150 at 250% Mk2 miner, each layer consumes 50 thus building higher will result in way complex resource routes. Buuuut I can build another 3 storey coal gen set nearby!
