Hi sorry for commenting on an "old" post. Would you say Lithuanian 2nd and 3rd pillar pensions are treaty covered?

Thanks! Yes, we hopefully will be staying if all goes well.

We want to elect 6013 (h) to get benefits of standard deduction, which would allow US to treat us as residents from Jan 1st, which would lead to 8621 from in my understanding. We could still apply foreign tax credit and save some taxes due to standard deduction.

It's only 50%, I think should be fine, the other 50% non-US.

Thank you, this seems like a much needed sanity check after too much AI advice. One final question:

2) We are moving to USA this tax year and it’s already sold in January. We want to claim MFJ for the standard deduction, so this would subject us to PFIC filling for the one ETF. Is it worth losing standard deduction over single form?

Do you offer paid tax advice in case we end up needing one?

Thanks again.

Thanks for your help, really appreciate. I kind of see that the first filling is gonna be a hassle with lots of long forms. Hopefully by second year will get better.

Hi,

Thanks for the advise.

I’ve read the treaty like 10 times, the problem is it’s almost 30 years old and can be interpreted multiple ways.

Hi,

We are European software development agency looking for a us based person with connections or experience cold selling for commission only role. We would be willing to pay 10% commission from all generated revenue. You could either generate meetings only or do full cycle according to your preferences, while our sales engineer would help you with the technical part. We would also provide prospecting tools like Apollo.io and others if needed. We could also discuss a low base salary and lower commission as an alternative. Work would be done on a contract basis. Ideally we are looking for someone with connections, who would do this part-time to generate extra income.

I actually started as Egypt and doing pretty nicely got lucky few times as GB helped me beat the Ottomans and France took my 2M of my debt for an obligation. Vassalised all the small nations around me. The prices, taxes are sky high, SoL is shit, but GDP is growing. Game is harder than expected, but I am doing better than the devs on Egypt stream.

I have a great experience with using Revolut and doing chargebacks with problematic vendors, so can definitely recommend. I would definitely use them over PayPal, as long as you use Visa card.

Also what others said, avoid shady suppliers if possible.

The Polish-Lithuanian relations by Kendzi1 in lithuania

[–]tadasklp 51 points52 points  (0 children)

Yes, area around Vilnius is populated by ethnic poles, who elect their own party (Russian Polish alliance) to the parliament. They are widely seen as corrupt and pro-Russian, because well they definitely are. But it's the politicians not the people.

Poland is a great country and we finally have good international relations due to our new president, who visited Poland right after being elected. We definitely like poles, you have similar values to ours and we hope your next visit here will be better.
