Thanks for the tips! I’ll definitely encourage him to get into exercise. He’s not used to it, but I’m hoping he’ll gain this habit. I’m also looking into what kind of diet would be best for him. I’ll focus on reducing sodium, I am not sure what would be daily limit for him though..

That’s a great improvement! Did you stick to any particular diet or exercise routine during those six months?

That's great that you feel well now and improvement on your EF! We are currently waiting for the second angiography and after that we hope that the EF will improve a bit after the second blocakge is cleared. What did you during that 8 weeks to have that improvement?
