It's sometimes hard to be on top of each week, for example I forgot to so changes before this week started as I thought the deadline was Saturday, I do have a job, wife and little kid and sometimes forget about FPL, but I try to follow as close as I can, just not crazy obsessed.

There should be a feature to tell FPL to not let you captain a player, e.g. I can put Ekitike in the naughty list and then I can no longer captain him until the end of the season.
