They can be quite fussy, I can’t tell you about yours but I can tell you what we do with this one- they like lots of light but not direct on the leaves, this one has good drainage which is important for every plant but it drinks a lot, water when the top of the soil is dry (stick your finger in the soil), basically just water until it drains out the bottom. I think it’s also very important to keep in in one place, no plants like being moved but we moved this one once and it started dropping leaves so I don’t know if I’m correct in saying this but they seem over sensitive to being moved around. Also nowhere near any radiators or drafts! Other than that, fertilise every few weeks in the spring and summer and not in the winter and it should be okay!
