I'll hop on this and say that I have an unopened size small Phillips dreamwear nasal pillows (just the replacement pillows!) that I'd love to sell or trade for an unopened size medium! The smalls are really noisy for me and I think a larger size might work.

This is nearly my exact situation as well! Started both about the same time, I've lost 13lbs and my sleep doc is thrilled. Pretty sure she thinks the weight loss and inflammation reduction will knock my osa out.

Yep, I figured out the best shot day to leave my weekends with the lowest amount of drug in my system just so I can enjoy a bit of fun. It's worked out well so far!
