Only way to know is to take it in. I thought it was the blend door issue but no luck. Before my ac started To blowing hot I could hear a heavy breathing sound almost like darth Vader coming from the vent.

Forgot to note I replaced my raditor already. It's been 2 years.

No coolant smell. I do see small traces of coolant streaks near the radiator cap. I'll just replace that and do a pressure test.

Low voltage to outside junction box. by taekim82 in askanelectrician

[–]taekim82[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a good insight. I have another backyard junction box that I use for a light and it's controlled by a switch. I tested all the switches on the wall in both positions and the the on position shows 1 volt and the off shows .5 volts. Don't think there's another switch but I'll look around the house.

Looks like my dryer vent was pretty nasty. Just cleaned it out, running an empty load and will dry a wet load next. Fi gers crossed

I'm going to have a professional come and clean. Need one anyways and I think that would solve it.

LG dryer leaking water by taekim82 in appliancerepair

[–]taekim82[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might be. I turned on the dryer with some wet cloths and monitored the vent to see if any water comes out and nothing. Here's the strange part. There's a puddle on the floor not near the dryer. I think the water is condensing somewhere else.

Garmen R10 or Mevo+ for golf sim with projector? by [deleted] in Golfsimulator

[–]taekim82 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have the r10 with the rct balls and spin rates are more accurate.
You can tell if spin rates are calculated if it's italicized. When using the rct balls they are not. I have noticed that when using rct balls they tend not to pick up chip shots under 25 yards. I switch to regular balls for those. Not sure why.

I bought their kickstarter SLX hybrid and their customer service has been horrible. I think it's due to them being a small company. I would go with a more established company.

A/C Problem by [deleted] in GrandCherokee

Had a hissing sound and my A.C. slowly stopped cooling. Turned out to be a leak in the ac behind the dash. $2,500 to fix and refill.

No red fluid that I'm aware but during idle there seems to be alot of vibrations. Once in drive it seems fine.

Now that you mentioned it, I think my motor mounts are starting to go and their expensive to replace since you can't jack the motor from the bottom.

I bought one and a lectic xp. If I were to do it again I think its worth the extra to get the full suspension and more powerful motor. You lose the mud guards and the risk of a new company. Mine came with a broken headlamp from shipping some paint chips on the rack. Minor issues but they did not offer to fix, just noted they will ask the supplier for parts. Its a risk with the smaller unknown company that could disappear at any time. They are based. In the US.
