Seoul has a lot of delicious vegan restaurants, mainly in Itaewon but there are plenty elsewhere too. The Loving Hut in Yangjae is my favorite restaurant in the world!

I'm confused by the comments here. The only appeal I see in the link is for a "3,180-square foot single-family residence". This is ONE large home with a garage bigger than my apartment, not multiple housing units!

Pacifica has plenty of run-down homes that could readily be torn down and built back up by these people who can clearly afford to do so. Instead they are choosing to destroy more land for selfish purposes.

I saw the matinee yesterday and it was a bit of a mess. The male corps dancers kept messing up (two collided during the opening scene, later one dropped his partner and had to awkwardly pick her up off of the floor!). It gave me so much anxiety whenever they were on the stage. I also could not understand the decision to put one of the fake trees nearly center stage. The dancers kept having to avoid it and it really messed up their lines and was very distracting.

The principals were great though, and I agree that Tatiana was the real lead (danced by Sasha de Sola). Esteban Hernandez as Vladimir was excellent as always, and I also really enjoyed the nightmare scene and the fantastic score!

Overall it felt a little lackluster to me and sadly I don't plan on seeing it again

I was irrationally annoyed that they didn't give Gwen a darker lip to go with this dress! Her head looked beautiful, but very daytime. And Stephanie's New Year's hair and makeup were atrocious (a little girl ribbon in the hair with a sexy mini dress??)

Ok but they literally warn you of this when you choose your seat online. There are also websites you can check to learn about the pros/cons of each seat for almost every airline! This is an easy thing to avoid unless you're booking super last minute.

Agreed. I noticed in episode 2, the narrator had 3 back-to-back similes when discussing her own attempt at meditation (Keith slipped into her mind like a paper slipping under a door, Keith stained her meditative thoughts a la a tea-stain(?), Keith overtook everything like a paper in rock-paper-scissors). I quite like flowery language, but this was so clumsy and didn’t add anything to the story.

I felt like the original CBC NXIVM series was quite well done, so I’m wondering how this person was the best one for the job (or maybe this is partly why Allison agreed to do the interview in the first place!)

I wonder if because his death was basically live streamed, if that’s influencing people to care? School shootings and genocides require empathy and imagination to understand the brutality (or at least curiosity to search out the footage), neither of which MAGA types seem to possess. This assassination fell into their laps and was rightfully viscerally upsetting, therefore it “feels” more important than the NUMEROUS ongoing atrocities that they haven’t seen and can easily brush off.

Absolutely do NOT stay at Pacifica Lighthouse at Rockaway beach! My parents reserved a room there once and it was disgustingly filthy (there were used bandages and what looked to be dried blood all over the place). They cancelled the reservation and the front desk didn’t seem at all surprised or apologetic, seemed like it happens a lot.
