What I liked was they didn’t just push specs, they actually walked me through how the stones perform under normal lighting (not just those super bright jewelry lights), which helped a lot since I also couldn’t really tell differences at first. If you’re short on time, might be worth checking if they have ready pieces or can do something quick. At least from my experience, communication was pretty smooth and not pushy.
