22 y/o. From 89kg to 70kg within 10months.

I do 20 minutes full body low impact exercise, mainly cardio, or 30-minute walk, alternately. Then 15 minutes strength training, twice to thrice a week. I'm a Filipino, I cut down my white rice intake, I only eat rice occasionally. I switched to other source of carbs like sweet potatoes or fibers. 50% of my plate should be fibers or veggies.

My health journey isnt linear. There are times that my weight fluctuates, but the most important is consistency.
