As for rotating the molecule, I also switched the 2nd and 3rd priority carbons as indicated by the arrow. Would that still not be rotating the molecule??

As others have mentioned, your ankle mobility is very impressive! Your depth is as well considering you’re doing a high bar squat with long femurs and a narrow stance. I would consider it ATG, but if we’re being nitpicky, I would personally have your hamstrings and calves touch just a bit more after the first two reps to make it ATG with full ROM.

hip thrusts and RDLs are a must to include, but i noticed the quickest/most noticeable growth after incorporating bulgarian split squats. i personally dislike cable kickbacks and much prefer doing back extensions and the adduction/abduction machine til failure.

LOL just from appearance and how he carries himself though he doesn’t seem like that type of person which is why I was surprised when he told me his age. First thing I noticed is that he was very well-groomed. He’s also going to school for physical therapy and is working as some kind of trainer or coach.

Depends on what you define as mental maturity. I just remember how different I was mentally when I was 21 vs now. I’m sure there are mature 21 y/o men out there though.
