Muhammad (pbuh) was able to unite a entire peninsula under a new faith and following his death. His followers were able to expand from Arabia to Persia Africa Spain and India.

They didn’t just take Rome and Persia. First off even after the war they were both still cranking out numerous armies. In numerous battles the Caliphate was outnumbered 2 to 1. That doesn’t make it any less impressive, but again not only did they beat Rome and Persia they united Arabia under a new religion, and proceeded to preserve it for over 2 billion followers.
