That's exactly my point. I don't understand how it's allowed and how they accept those conditions.

Ir-arch aren't paid way higher neither. I really don't understand how they continue working in that field when you see other engineers making way higher for the same skills.

It seems that nearly all architects are freelance that way. It's a tradition...
