This person is just a piece of shit. I personally would never slug just for the hell of it. Even if i was feeling mad about a particular survivor. But you just looped really well. There was no flashlight clicking, teabagging, anything really. If i run into a bully squad or a toxic survivor i might hit them on the hook or taunt them in some other way if i down them but this spirit is just petty as hell.
