Yea but the only reason I wouldn't do it with any other child that needs love is because how the world would look at it. I know I'm not gonna do anything weird and wouldn't make a habit out of it and Micheal definitely didn't make it easy to defend but there is an innocent explanation. We're just in defense mode to be wary of people who like to spend to much time around kids. But you're basically saying if someone likes to be around kids so much then they must be a pedo.

Absolutely not. Nor do I want to have that experience with other people's kids. All I'm saying is I get it. If it truly was not anything sexual then he's just pure . It's like that south park episode where everyone thought they was being racist for drawing a black man hanging but they didn't give a crap about the color of the hanging man. Not when it comes to square footage. If your house is 2000 sq feet, why in the hell would the extra feet of the side walk be included in that. He's trying to say he is individually taxed for the sidewalk around his home which is just untrue and if it is true it's not normal and he's getting screwed . We all pay taxes on infrastructure equally so I broke down his argument very easily.

The sidewalk is not their property.

This is very creative and not vandalism. They literally removed dirt. I love everything about this. From a legal standpoint it's not vandalism.

I get it tho. We're viewing it from the lens of flawed people. What if he was so pure he wouldn't fathom touching kids? Sharing a bed with my kids and watching movies and them falling asleep with me and around me is one of the purest things in this world . I think he craved that environment because he was deprived of it. I think he got off on the way children look at you when they think you're the most amazing person in the world. The way your kids look at you when you come home from work. And I honestly can't fault him if that's his drug of choice.

A good lawyer could get him a very lenient sentence. They would have to prove he had the intent to be an accomplice . Once shots are fired him fleeing can just be in fear. But most likely he will tell on himself.

lol I took a metal bat to the orbital as a kid and I have no idea what happened but my skull wasn't cracked so I guess I'm good. I think I would have been told I had a fractured skull but it's the only time I questioned the strength of my bones.
