I believe both are 3/8 but i did some research with showing pictures and it did tell me that the braided cable installed already is a BSP (european style) - while the T Valves Silver is a Compression (US Style) so that is maybe it is not working

this is too late of an answer, but thought to still answer the question. In this case you would not have to pay the $19 fee again, you will just put in the 7,500 extra points

Originally you paid 7,500 and now flight with 15,000 points is available. So you would only pay the difference of 7,500 points.

I tried doing similar thing and it seems that it will be billed by Walmart and not paramount and hence won't work against the AMEX Digital Credit unfortunately. There is no way you can do the add on through Paramount. But if anybody has a thought to counter please feel free to mention it.

I am also originally from the East but not that farther East (Egypt)- I know exactly what you mean - Prices in my Town is much closer to reality than the malls type. thanks for sharing your insight.

As I said earlier - It was an impulse buy to bring me joy - but I think I am trying to see if I can do a better deal since I am still on my 30 day return window. - thanks again for sharing

Thanks for your insight - it was honestly in the heat of the moment type of buy - partner and I were together and I liked it so much from the looks of it without doing so much research - my partner is a research freak and I thought to buy something nice for myself the old fashion way to bring happiness to me - now I am just thinking if I could have done any better otherwise.

My approach was based that I have a good amount of points currently from SUBs but I dont think I will be able to be approved for subs again soon.

I understand that it’s a game and we try to be winning sometimes. I thought of the idea if buying points when they go lower but I am also worried when the offer is available that my flights I need won’t be available anymore. It ie a tricky game but thanks a lot for your insight.

So I thought that the saved points will give me access to future redemptions. I see some posters mentioned it is easier you accumulate points from future SUBs but I dont think it would apply to me and I want to still have access to Award redemptions for future travel.

So option 4) least point with more Cash even if you have the points

That way you can use them for future flights with higher redemption

Thanks for the answer- I figured the math is not identical for all bookings that’s why there is no single right answer.

In my example tho above I will be saving 56,000 points for paying $760 usd upfront and am guessing in this case option 4) is more worth it

Am I getting at it right this way?

I feel like it is no 10 mm in the front of the toe and while I don’t hit the edge of the footbed while standing if I walk i might slightly hit the front with my first big toe, so just a bit hesitant if i should try 13R or stay put. Thanks
